The interviewer wants to know what your interest level in the company is. Your answer might guide the experiences they set up for you during the internship, so answer carefully.

Be honest. If you'd love to work for the company, tell them. If you're not sure where your career path will take you after graduation, that's ok too. Simply let the interviewer know you'd certainly like to consider a job with them should you decide to stay in the area after graduating.

"I've always been impressed with company ABC and really would love the chance to work for you on a permanent basis! There is a chance I'll be moving to Florida after graduation, however, so I'm not able to make any type of commitment at this time."
