"I see myself continuing to grow and advance in my electrical lineman career over the next five years. I hope to have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience and to be recognized as a highly skilled and reliable lineman within my organization. I also hope to have taken on more leadership roles, perhaps as a supervisor or manager, and to be involved in training and mentoring newer linemen. Ultimately, my goal is to make a positive impact in my industry and to contribute to the safe and efficient delivery of electricity to communities in need."
