Linemen typically require extensive safety training and certification to perform their job duties safely and effectively. Some types of training and certifications that might be required include OSHA safety training, first aid and CPR certification, and specialized training in electrical safety, fall protection, and equipment operation. Additionally, linemen may need to be trained in the safe use of tools and equipment and in the proper procedures for working at heights and in potentially hazardous environments. Overall, the specific types of training and certifications required for linemen will likely vary depending on the particular employer and job requirements, but safety is always a top priority.
The interviewer would like to assess the amount of safety training you currently have so that they can understand which gaps they will need to fill should they hire you. Likely, your safety training is listed on your resume, but not all interviewers take the time to thoroughly read every applicant's CV. Describe all relevant training and certificates you possess and certifications you want to obtain in the future. If you have copies of certificates that you can bring with you, that's always a great idea!

"I have a variety of safety-related training from my lineman internship, including Fall Arrest, First Aid, and CPR. I have brought you my tickets if you'd like to make a copy of them. Also, a full list of my training, certificates, and expiration dates are listed on my resume."

During my time at school, we were trained in pole tole rescue.

Stephanie's Feedback
This is a great start, but I suggest developing this response further. Do you have any additional certifications? What training was involved in pole tole rescue? This question is designed to better understand how qualified you are in the area of safety, so the more information you can provide in this area, the better.
