"I would say that I'm highly adept at detecting errors in my work to ensure that my final product is the highest quality in content. I can attribute this to my years as a speech-to-text transcriber during and immediately after college. Our typing accuracy target was 98%, and transcription work had a standard turnaround time of 24 business hours. I've adopted this skill into my curriculum development work, in which I always read content aloud as much as possible. In addition, whenever I get a chance to wrap up work on one training material, I try to work on something else that's not related to the content. Either that or I take a quick break and take my mind off the subject. Then, I go back into the material I'm working on to look at it with fresh eyes.
