How to Answer
The interviewer wants to know if you are familiar with the area you will be responsible for maintaining. Before the interview, take some time to research the community and the properties in the development. It might even be a good idea to drive through the area to look at the common areas, amenities, appearance of the area and properties, and general area.

"I took some time to research the neighborhood and learned that most of the properties in the development are 10 years or newer. I also understand that there is a tennis court, basketball court, and park located in the development. I live nearby so I am pretty familiar with the area in general."
