As with any job, your role as an application integration engineer involves doing various tasks throughout the day. Some of these are directly related to the job, while others are more administrative. Examples include paperwork, training, meetings, and other activities not related to integrating applications within the organization's IT environment. It would help if you had a pretty good idea of how much time you spend on the three activities the interviewer is asking about. However, these should not represent your entire day.
