"Whenever I'm beginning to analyze the effectiveness of a new project proposal, the first thing I do is query the stakeholders about the business objectives they are trying to achieve. I then meet with the information technology team to understand the technical requirements of the business objectives and the type of applications that address these. Once I understand the business requirements and technology, I analyze the functionality of the various applications under consideration, how they would integrate into the organization's existing IT infrastructure, and any other dependencies. My analysis will determine whether it makes sense to move forward with the project and what its parameters should be."
