What is one advantage that our airline has over our competition?

As a Customer Service Agent, you will often be the face of the airline to customers. With this question, your interviewer will be looking to hear two distinct things in your answer. First and foremost, they'll be looking to hear that you have done your homework on their airline and understand what sets them apart from other airlines. Second, they'll be looking to hear that you have a bit of a sales side in being able to talk about this advantage, as you would do for customers, if hired for this role.
