I always read articles and blogs about the role of clinical educator in order to enlighten my understanding of this role. However, the most recent book that I read was Clinical Educator Competencies, and Staff Educators Guide to Clinical Orientation. Both of these books have loads of knowledge for clinical educators in helping to get their team to succeed in meeting their unit or department goals.
