Those qualities earned me the title of Super Star of the Month at the bank because my peers appreciated my efforts.

I best demonstrate my leadership skills when someone is in need of direction, whether it is a student or a colleague. When called upon to help others sort through difficult problems, I love to come up with creative solutions, and I like being able to show them the steps I used to arrive at the solution. I give them a template to guide them if a similar situation arises.
