I best demonstrate my leadership skills when someone is in need of direction, whether it is a student or a colleague. When called upon to help others sort through difficult problems, I love to come up with creative solutions, and I like being able to show them the steps I used to arrive at the solution. I give them a template to guide them if a similar situation arises.

I am the National lead for one of our portfolios and love it when a colleague reports a 'win' after helping them bridge their gaps in knowledge or skills.
