Many organizations like UHN are now being proactive in preventing this among their teams, as turnover is a major issue in healthcare. Give examples of how you try to maintain a healthy work-life balance and include elements in the workplace and at home. Examples could include taking breaks, shutting off your work phone/email where appropriate, prioritizing health and wellness, exercising, and open communication with your manager.
