We have made a commitment to diversity in its hiring practices. Share with me your experience in working with people from different worldviews than yourself?

"Part of the reason why I applied to work here is that your company has such a history of inclusion. I have no problems working with others because I use these relationships to learn and grow as a person. My roommate in college was Hispanic, and I learned to appreciate his culture as we attended classes together."

"I love working with others, particularly those who are from different backgrounds than myself. I don't believe that your kind of worldview makes a difference as long as it doesn't interfere with your job duties. I pride myself on being accepting of others and try to treat everyone as I would want them to treat me."
