The interviewer would like to know that you are respectful of leadership, even when you may disagree with them. Be careful here. This question is also a trap. If you bad-mouth a previous manager, this may indicate that you are a malcontent and not someone Goodyear will want to employ. Stay as positive as possible in your description, drawing on learning experiences rather than on difficulties you might have had.
"My previous position had me reporting directly to a supervisor whom I learned a lot from. He was a great teacher and leader who always had time for questions. Over the years, we developed a good relationship of trust. I look forward to having the same kind of working relationship with the managers you have at Goodyear."
"I had a pretty good relationship with my previous boss. He was very energetic and taught me how important it was to take care of the customer. I didn't always agree with his communication style, but I enjoyed my time there, and I believe that it helped prepare me for my role with your company, should you decide to hire me."
