"I served two tours in Iraq as a part of the 101st Airborne Division. My role was as a diesel mechanic with a specialty in aircraft maintenance and repair. I believe that most of the skills I learned can be easily translated to my role as a mechanic in your shop, taking care of the repair of delivery trucks. I look forward to having that opportunity."

"I served aboard the USS Enterprise as an Ensign First Class. My specialized area was in communications, where my knowledge of Russian came in quite handy.
