      How to Answer

The interviewer wants to learn what you're passionate about and what drives you personally and professionally. Speak about what excites you and motivates you to do the job every day. Answer honestly, and ensure your answer is relevant to the position you're applying for. Avoid giving examples that don't align with the position. For example, if working in the office with employees around you is what motivates you, but this position is remote, avoid using that example.
