"I have worked with clients internationally and understand the importance of accommodating various schedules. Before beginning any new project, I like to verify the differences in time zones, what specific duties I will be expected to carry out, and the deadline for each. In my calendar, I create a second column with the sponsor's time zone, so I can easily see how to align certain tasks. I typically flex my work schedule or will join a call remotely if I can when needed to meet with the sponsor during their regular business hours."

"I will determine which project requires my attention by the number of hours we are behind and then the project size. I am comfortable delegating tasks when needed, but I am also aware that these times will require additional hours from me. I utilize a planner and a task organizer in Microsoft, and each week, I create a dashboard of things I need to get done and the priorities. I frequently block time on my calendar for "distraction-free" periods where I close out my instant messenger to allow focus time to complete tasks."
