What would you say is your greatest weakness?

"In college, when working on group projects, even though I trusted my teammates and knew what fantastic work they do, I often struggled with delegating tasks to other my teammates and letting go. I take a lot of pride in my work, and I've got in the habit of wanting to see everything through on my own, from start to finish. But, being self-aware, I know this isn't sustainable in a real-world setting, so I've been working on feeling more comfortable asking for help from my colleagues when I need it and communicating effectively what needs to be done. While this growth opportunity is still a work in progress, I've learned how important it is to communicate effectively and rely on my teams."

"I often feel intimidated by those who are in upper-level management, and I've been working on finding my voice when meeting with them. Despite my confidence in my abilities, I've often felt anxious when engaging with those with such a power dynamic over me. So, I've been focused over the last few months on working on feeling more confident when pitching ideas in those settings. Recently, a colleague commented on the increase in my contributions and successful delivery. But I still feel I have a long way to go. As they say, the road to self-improvement is never ending."
