What does teamwork mean to you?
As Square says on their site repeatedly, "We Grow Together." This question evaluates how well your personality will fit into their work culture. Some are singularly focused on their career progression and will take every measure to edge ahead of what they see as competition. The other approach for furthering one's career is through teamwork, supporting the group effort, and exhibiting leadership skills by helping further your team's goals on an individual level and as a group through mentoring, coaching, and remaining focussed on the big picture. "My current colleagues would tell you that I'm knowledgeable and use this expertise to contribute to the team effort. I communicate effectively, take direction from others, and always lend a hand wherever I can. I understand that I would be working very closely with the engineering team at Square, which I assume would involve some degree of interdepartmental coordination. I am eager to learn about new areas outside my expertise to develop professionally, so I look forward to this collaboration."
