"The biggest change I have faced in my career so far would be when my current organization went through a major merger. We had to adapt to new processes and management, which was quite challenging for everyone. What set me and a few others apart was our positive attitude and the mindset that this merger and change would be good for business and great for our careers. I went in with the ability to meet and greet new colleagues and looked forward to learning new ways of doing things. In the end, it worked out well for the company from a financial perspective, so the changes were well worth the challenges we faced initially."
