There are many different skills that play an important role in a Media Buyer's career. It is not necessarily which skills you choose to highlight; it is more about how a particular skill played a role in your career as a Media Buyer. Omnicom Group's hiring manager would like to see that the skills you developed have played a vital role in your job responsibilities.
Share a couple of skills that you have developed over the years as a Media Buyer and talk about the impact it has had on executing your job effectively. Be sure to highlight why you find these particular skills are so important to develop in a Media Buying career.

"Over the years, I have had many fortunate opportunities to learn and develop multiple skills as a Media Buyer that I believe would be of value working at Omnicom Group. My ability to effectively negotiate has been one of the most important skills I have developed during my Media Buying career. It is important to be able to negotiate effectively as a Media Buyer as you are always trying to obtain the best ad placement at the lowest possible cost. Also, it is important to be able to negotiate effectively while maintaining good relationships with your media contacts. Good relationships will affect future ad placements as well. I have found prioritization skills are important as well as you are planning and tracking multiple campaigns simultaneously and an effective Media Buyer will need to ensure no details are overlooked."
