The interviewer would like to know about a time when you were asked to take on a task for which you knew very little. Have you ever had to take on a responsibility or a role that you felt was over your experience level? Talk to the interviewer about a time when you have dealt with this type of situation. Include the outcome, and what you learned.

As soon as I was qualified on board I was asked to train a new operator. I have never trained anyone before and I wanted to make sure I did a good job. I made sure I had all SOP for him to read before he even touched the board and could recite key factors in them. I then sat with the operator and walked him through every little detail. Then I let him operate the board as I sat over him making sure he didn't make a mistake.
