"My first priority would be soaking up as much information about Marathon's culture, processes and KPIs as possible. To begin going through SOP procedures, take them home with me to study. To have a grasp on how Marathon operates in my sector. Working with seasoned operators to help me along my path to soak up as much knowledge as I can.
