"In my current position, I am expected to cold call 100 customers per week. Most of our associates will break this down into 20 per day, five days per week. What has contributed greatly to my success in this role is that I call 50 customers each day for the first two days and then make additional calls throughout the week. This effort generally equals a 25% surplus of cold calls to my portfolio. I am always ahead of target by going over and above that cold calling schedule."
