Use examples of your own conduct. Avoid using negative examples or highlighting a lack of integrity in others. Holding yourself in contrast to others is no different than exploiting someone else's weakness to make your strengths seem bigger than they are. Such a move lacks integrity.

Having a busy timetable means that time management is key. However, there are some times when a schedule doesn't quite go to plan for a number of reasons. I would say that my integrity shows in these instances because without communicating this to others, work can quickly pile up. It's important, to be honest about what you can and cannot do so if I am struggling with something or need help I would communicate this to my superior or peers and come up with a solution that meets everyone if there are multiple participants involved. I also believe morals are a key part of this industry and getting work done quickly should never compromise the quality of work as this can have a very big impact on someone's life and the overall process of early on errors. I am also a reliable employee and have always turned up on time and stayed late to help out in my role as a student ambassador and my integrity has shown through giving honest information to those questioning my experience as a student at university.

The private clinic I worked at it was a very small technical department. This meant that there was more responsibility. Some days, there was only one technician scheduled at a time with a list of patients. this meant that there was little room for sick days or not being your best self. I showed integrity by being driven and dedicated to the company and to the patients.

I was raised watching my mother and father waking up at 4 am at the farm where I grew up; my mother would prepare his lunch, and my father will go to work at 5 am every day. I do not remember a day that dad or mom would not do this routine. I learned at a young age about waking up and getting ready for school on my own and doing my schoolwork first. My strong work ethic and reliability come from my parents to be a responsible human being to my family, job, and personal development. Those are my two strongest core values, and they show up in everything I am involved in. For example, I worked for several years In-House for one of our strategic accounts. When working without supervision; Self-Management is key to working with minimal supervision, managing my own time effectively, maintaining control over all current projects/responsibilities, doing my work right to the best of my ability, and putting the needs and well-being of people who depend on my customer products and services first, following up on all relevant issues for my customers until they are resolved. I am a reliable employee who my manager can always count on.
