      1st Answer Example

"It's so interesting and unique that JCPenney takes a 'warrior' mentality to their place in the retail market. I love that that spirit has been foundational to the company culture from the very beginning. I definitely identify with the spirit of loyalty. As you can see from my resume, I have a track record for staying at each company I've worked at for at least 3 years. I'm a loyal person by nature; when I feel aligned with a company's values and culture, I become an advocate for that company."

      2nd Answer Example

"Courage is a value that is really personally relevant to me, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that included in the values of the Warrior Spirit at JCP. To me, courage at work means going above and beyond the bare minimum, taking initiative and being proactive in your work, and being accountable for both your successes and failures."
