At JCPenney, we value diversity, inclusion, and equality. What makes JCPenney stand out to you as a great place to work?

JCPenney has been recognized for fostering an inclusive workplace time and time again and has received awards for top supplier diversity program. Talk to the interviewer about what it means to you to work for a company that values diversity.

"The fact that 80% of sales associates at JCPenney are women, and that 51% of sales associates are minorities, is something I definitely took into consideration as I have been applying to retail positions.
