At Hyundai, we desire team members who are competitive but also believe in working together as a team. Share with me your experience in motivating others.

You don't have to be a manager or a team leader to motivate others.

If you have worked in a leadership role, think of ways you set clear goals or helped individuals cultivate a new skill. Reflect on your experience and share some ways that you help others to keep up the good work.
