If the question was related to an area I was responsible for, I would do the research necessary and/or reach out to a subject matter expert for guidance. If the question was related to a product or service outside of my area of expertise, I would use Huron's internal knowledge base to connect with an expert in that area to gather the information needed. If appropriate, I would have them contact my client and I would follow up to make sure that my client was satisfied with the information they received."
