"I went through a merger in 2010 with Company ABC. The transition during their mass-layoff was not handled as professionally as many would have liked; however, I believe that the leadership team did the best they could. I was lucky enough to stay on board with the company and my experience during the transition was certainly eye opening. I learned a lot through the process and I know I could serve as an asset to any client I might work with at Huron Consulting Group going through a similar experience."

"I have not had the experience of being involved in a company merger or acquisition. From my understanding, it can be a stressful time for employees and upper management, alike. I feel that the key to a smooth merger would be setting clear expectations and maintaining a high level of communication during all stages. I am fully prepared to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and understanding during any mergers and acquisitions of my assigned client accounts here at Huron Consulting Group if hired."
