To me, growing and learning are really important. I always look at what I can learn to perform better in a company. For example, in France, I took art lessons on the side to work on my animation skills for posing. In Japan, I took Japanese language lessons to communicate better and directly with the supervisors. When I decided to turn toward the gaming industry, I took online courses to learn how to animate and integrate into the Unreal Engine... Does EA provide such type of courses after working hours?
