How would you troubleshoot the problem involving a slow-running computer system here at Cisco?

During your interview, the Cisco hiring manager may present you with a case or scenario involving an issue you are likely to encounter in this job and ask you to resolve it. You should keep no mind that the interviewer is less interested in the solution and more interested in your process and how you troubleshoot the problem and develop a solution to mitigate it. When you answer the question, carefully step the Cisco interviewer through each stage of the process. Keep your answer brief and anticipate the interviewer interrupting you to ask an additional question to clarify your response.
