QUESTION 18 OF 24
Why do you need this job?
This question will give the interviewer a better idea about your motivation for applying and if you plan to stay long term. Be honest with your interviewer, if you only need the job for extra money while you are in school, it's okay to explain that. If you want to grow with the company, make sure to let the interviewer know .
"I need this job because I want to pay for my courses as I take them at my college. I am studying business, so maybe I could grow into a position with the company eventually that uses my degree. I know that Chick-fil-A is flexible and supportive of their employees, it sounds like a great match to me!"
