How often do you miss work?
It's difficult to have perfect attendance at work because life happens. What's important is that you share with the interviewer why you missed work, and the steps you took to let your manager know. If you know the number of days, you can share that with your interviewer.
"I know how important it is not miss work, especially in a team environment. With my current job I have missed two days this past year. Both were for illness and I let my manager know the night before when I was feeling ill."
