How to Answer
Chick-fil-A has many ways that they advertise, from billboards to TV ads, to instagram. Get familiar with some of these ad campaigns before your interview. If you know their current advertising campaign, share it. Maybe you follow them on instagram or drove by their newest billboard. If you have ideas for a way they could advertise you can mention this tactfully, you don't want to criticize their current ads but instead share an idea you had.

"I love your billboards. I think it is really clever that the cows are telling you to eat more chicken. I like that the cows are statues painting on the board. I think it is an effective campaign because it is unique, no other billboard looks like that!"

"For example: " One advertising campaign that I think works is your instagram. I follow Chick-fil-A on instagram and I like that all of your pictures are simple but beautiful. They capture the food but also those who enjoy it. It would be cool to see Chick-fil-A do some boomerangs with your food, maybe a waffle fry being dipped."
