      How to Answer

      When you work in Education, it is important to understand the difference that a strong leader and mentor can make in a student's life. If you are applying to be a tutor, you will be a mentor to your students! Talk to the interviewer briefly about someone who may have helped you along the way. Explain why they were influential and what they did that inspired you and helped you to be successful.
