How do you quickly build relationships with students?
When it comes to online tutoring, you may only see some students one time. While they are with you to receive academic support, they return to Chegg because of their experience with the tutor, how comfortable they felt, and the academic benefit. Tutors must be relational, understand pitfalls, encourage growth, and connect to students, or learning cannot always occur. Share some of your go-to strategies to immediately connect with students so that learning can take place.
