"I always want to make sure my students feel comfortable with me and feel like it's okay to make mistakes. I do my best to encourage a spirit of learning from our errors. I am always positive and encouraging because I know all people are capable of learning. Some need to be exposed to the material in different ways or require extra practice. I keep my energy high and am very optimistic, so students feel heard and are willing to try without fear of failure."
