"I'm open to discussing a compensation plan that fairly reflects my qualifications and experience and the responsibilities associated with this position. Given my graduate degree and six years of experience at Company ABC, I'm seeking a base salary of 90,000 - 100,000 plus additional compensation such as a bonus plan, benefits, and paid vacation time."

"Thank you for asking about my salary requirements. I look forward to discussing the overall compensation offering at Binance. Given that I am a recent graduate with one year of experience in a similar role, I believe a starting base salary of 70,000 - 80,000 plus additional perks such as benefits and paid vacation time is a great starting point for our discussion today."

If you feel uncomfortable discussing compensation, you are not alone. Perhaps you worry that you will give a number that's too high or even too low. Constructively answering this question requires a lot of research. You want to balance knowing your professional worth with an understanding of what the market is offering for compensation.
Rather than giving one specific number(for example, 100K), it's best to provide a 5K or 10K range (for example, 100-110K). This approach allows room for negotiation.
If you're unsure what a fair compensation range is for this position, consider taking the opportunity to start a discussion with the interviewer about the details of the overall compensation plan.

My base at _______ is xxxJPY annually. Also, we had a bonus and stock option and in total my annual salary was xxxJPY. And I expect a similar amount for this role.

In many areas, companies can no longer ask candidates what they are currently earning, so it's likely they will ask what your expectations are. Don't feel obligated to share your current salary (you can of course) but ideally give them a target range of x-x and then you can share that bonus and stock options are desired or would at least factor into your decision making.
