The interviewer wants to know if you are comfortable with the volatility and risk-taking of working in the cryptocurrency environment. "I spent the first four years of my career in venture capital, where I became quite comfortable with risk-taking and learning from failure. I learned that while it was crucial to prepare adequately to make an important decision, it was even more important to trust my gut and take a chance on a company sometimes. The trust I built with myself was incredibly beneficial for my team and clients in multiple instances. I think it's truly inspiring that Binance has fostered such an innovative community that is not afraid to take risks and learn from perceived failure."

"I'm learning to become more comfortable with failure. During my time in college, I was a perfectionist and spent too much time working on the less important small details. I've learned that it's in my best interest to avoid perfectionist tendencies and become comfortable with the potential for failure, whether by taking on a lofty goal or trying out a challenging project."

If you've ventured into the crypto space professionally (or in your own investments), you likely have some comfort with volatility and risk-taking. Use a professional or personal example to convey that you have a tolerance for failure. While you don't need to be the biggest risk-taker, it's essential to show that you can bounce back quickly to overcome adversity.

While I try not to make mistakes and fail when working, failure and mistakes do happen. What I learned the most is that how you bounce back from the mistake/failure you made is most important, and I quickly learn from mistakes and continuously update myself from the mistake, so you become immune to mistake/failure you made. And I even share my experience with other colleagues to share how I made a mistake/how I bounced back in order for others not to make the same mistake I made.

Jaymie's Feedback
Excellent! It's important to acknowledge mistakes and failures as normal and part of the growth process. You demonstrate that you can reflect and learn from mistakes which are also very important.
