I was a project manager for a payment company before, and one of the projects I did was integrating the 3 existing factories into 1 factory, and reducing the operation cost. This was effective in terms of operations; process, since running 3 factories is much harder than running just 1 factory. Also in terms of operation cost, by offering the bigger offer to 1 company, I managed to reduce the operational cost for the factory by 30%, which is equivalent to about USD440K annually, and drastically reduced the cost of the operation, as well as its procedures.
