"In my previous position, I took over as the client lead for one of our most profitable but demanding clients. While various people on my team contributed to projects for this client, I adopted the mindset that any failure to reach full potential ultimately landed on me, as I was the group leader. This approach helped me maintain diligence and an eye for detail when working on client tasks. Client profitability increased by 22% in that first quarter as client lead."

"A few years ago, I created my first mobile app. I strongly believed in its mission and the good that it could do. I spent hours each day perfecting the code and working out bugs. A month ago, it reached 50,000 downloads, which is something that I would have never thought possible at the time. To this day, it gives me great pride to reflect on all of the hard work and planning I put into developing this helpful app. As I was the only individual working on the app, I had to take full ownership of every decision made, which required careful planning and thoughtful decision-making."

One of the project/program management I did at _______, which is also a remote fast company is that I took leadership to launch a new way of account recovery. Prior to launching this new way of account recovery process in the Japan region, I had constant discussions with the global team about this new change and took ownership of this launch. I tried and tested its change in a test environment and prepare for the support readiness for this new launch. And shared this with the BPO team, as well as internal fellow SMEs. And I did it all in a remote work environment.
