The interviewer wants to know more about your abilities and desire to be innovative. The goal of your response is to tell a story of a work-related innovation you introduced, showing the decision-makers that you have the innovative mindset required to thrive at Binance.
"In my previous role, I coded a new software program that became a key component of our customer management system. Doing so required me to put in additional work outside of my typical hours, but it was a project that I was passionate about, so I had no problem doing so. Further, I took the lead in deploying the new software by conducting training and serving as the point person. This project was a huge success at my company, and I look forward to contributing to building something from the ground up at Binance."
"I'm most proud of the Equity & Inclusion Committee I built alongside a team member at my current company. Such a committee did not exist previously, so it required extensive planning and research to build it from the ground up. However, employees received the committee well, and there are currently 43 active members. We've engaged in meaningful projects and continue to grow."
Think about a time you took the initiative to build something from the ground up. When you respond, clearly outline the steps you took to do so. Highlight how you leveraged technology, if relevant, and explain how you would contribute to Binance's culture of innovation if hired.

In my previous role as a PM for a payment company, I managed to launch payment terminal deployment for more than 2000 nationwide stores. This required the establishment of an implementation process, as well as vendor selection to carry out these activities nationwide.
First, I myself went to some merchant stores and checked the fundamental parts of what is required to deploy the payment terminal onsite. This requires some SW/store environmental information prior to payment terminal deployment.
Once I established how to deploy payment terminals and what is required in order to deploy the terminals, I move on to the vendor selection which is capable of launching this service nationwide and sharing my experience with that.
