I believe the strength of Binance, as a result of the biggest crypto exchange platform by transaction volume is that Binance has 2 different factors. A simple and easy-to-use user environment, also the features to meet the needs for advanced trading tools for professionals, as well as institutional customers.
While my previous employer was more leaning towards former aspects, Binance has lots more options for trading. And I believe that we really must focus on customers' voices for their needs in order to attract any type of user.
