Teamwork is important to us at Bath and Body Works. Why do you consider yourself a team player?

"In my current role, I occasionally need to spend additional time mentoring and coaching new employees to ensure they fit in with the team. This responsibility creates a tighter timeline for other important deadlines; however, I see that the end goal is to create a well-oiled machine and that cannot happen without everyone being equally trained. I would bring this same commitment to team development to this position at Bath and Body Works."
