Every hiring manager wants to know how to keep you best motivated and excited about the job. Talk to the interviewer about what excites you and keeps you happy at work.
"I have a healthy competitive edge, even if its a personal competition. For me, I am excited and motivated by winning, whether that be winning over a new client, exceeding my KPIs or being recognized for a job well done. I am also motivated and energized by a strong team that supports and challenges one another."

I work well when I know there will be a reward for my work. I think the best way to motivate me would be to tell me when I'm doing a good job and how to do the job better etc. Communicate with me on a friendly level. When I don't know, or I'm not told I'm doing good, it can be upsetting and make me feel like I'm not doing a good job.

Rachelle's Feedback
You are very honest about your needs here, and that is great! If you re-read the question, you'll see that the question has a very positive vibe, yet somehow your answer ends in a negative tone. I have reworded below to help with tone and impact.
"I work well when I know that there is a reward or incentive, such as a sales contest or a team goal to achieve. Words of kindness also motivate me. I want to work with a manager who communicates to me what I am doing well, and what I can improve on so that I can always deliver excellent work."
