What are your strengths?
Read the job description thoroughly to understand what soft skills and core areas of strength are required to be successful in the role. Think about your strengths and how those will prove valuable to the hiring manager. Pick one or two strengths and be specific in how this strength relates to the role you're applying for. Give concise examples in your answer.
"I am an outside-the-box thinker and love creative solutions. I thrive on being given a problem with no apparent solution and being given the opportunity to dive into the issue, understand the ins and outs, what system is currently in place, and, if there is none, build that process from the ground up. I love collaborating with others in these situations but am just as happy to problem solve independently."
"In past performance reviews, I was consistently rated high in being team-oriented. I'm always willing to do what it takes to get the job done and for my team and me to be successful. No task is below me. I believe in supporting everyone in order to support the greater goals of the organization. Even though I was not in a leadership role, in my last position, I volunteered to serve as a "peer guide" and spent time weekly with new hires helping them navigate through onboarding and getting acclimated and trained."

I'm a fast learner, a goal and results-driven person. I do not feel intimidated when I'm asked to do something that I haven't done before as I like to take on challenges to upskill myself. I'm also a dependable person, you can trust that I will be communicative and seek help if the need arises. I have also built a strong network at Amgen and plan to continue strengthening those connections.
