Are you applying for any other jobs?
Be honest about your level of job seeking. Are you passively looking or actively looking? Are you interviewing with other companies and if so, are you in the final interview stages? This gives the interviewer a better idea of how seriously you're pursuing other opportunities, how soon you're looking to make a move, and how quickly they need to make a decision. If you are interviewing elsewhere but Amgen is your preferred employer, don't be afraid to share that insight.
