What you don't want to say here is that you have never been late, don't understand why anyone thinks it is ok to call out, and that you wouldn't be late or call out for any reason. Be realistic and even if you have never had to call out, acknowledge that there could be extenuating circumstances in anyone's life creating a need for tardiness or absence.
