I value myself as being a good team player.
Disagreement with others, for sure, due to different points of view. I tend to listen to others' approaches first, if I am still sure that my approach is best for our team objectives then I re-articulate with better evidence.
Though I keep an open mind that I might be wrong too.

Good answer! It's great that you start off by stating that you're a good team player. It's also positive that you talk about listening to others, speaking up if you disagree, and keeping an open mind. The interviewer will want to hear all of this from you. You don't, however, directly speak to a disagreement with the team leader in your answer. You might want to articulate this, just so the interviewer knows that you've answered the question directly.
Prepare for technical depth and scientific precision that Agilent interviewers expect.
