Working in a banking environment, you may have technical issues and customer complaints that are difficult to resolve. If you haven't worked in this environment before, think of a time you worked on a project at school or another environment dealing with a tough personality. Think of a conflict that you handled where you showed off your ability to communicate and be patient. Maybe one of your team members wasn't pulling their weight in a group project, so you had to take on more responsibility or even confront them. Demonstrate your professional, calm approach, focusing less on the problem and more on your capability to overcome adversity.
